About
A pastor with
an open Bible.
Cody Meredith is a pastor, Bible teacher, and speaker with a heart for helping the next generation know and follow Jesus. He serves as the Youth Pastor at Kibler Baptist Church in Arkansas, where he has served since 2019, and has studied at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Whether teaching students each week or speaking at a camp, retreat, conference, or church, Cody's goal remains the same: to open God's Word, make biblical truth understandable, and call people to respond to Jesus. He believes the next generation doesn't simply need more information about God—they need to know Him, know His Word, and build a faith worth passing on.

The story
How he got here.
A story of calling, formation, ministry, and a growing burden to reach the next generation.
Calling
Called to the Word
Cody knew about God for most of his life. But in his mid-twenties, after a series of bad decisions, he knew something had to change. That change was God.
During a weekend centered around prayer, his walk with God became personal. God drew him close, saved him by grace, and showed him the kindness that leads us to repentance. What had once been something Cody simply knew about became the foundation of his life.
Training
Formed in the Local Church
After a season of prayer and seeking God's direction, Cody enrolled at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary to deepen his understanding of Scripture.
While studying, God opened the door for him to begin serving at Kibler Baptist Church in Arkansas in 2019. There, theological education met everyday ministry as Cody learned to study God's Word, teach it faithfully, and serve people within the life of the local church.
Ministry
Teaching the Next Generation
Today, Cody serves as the Youth Pastor at Kibler Baptist Church, where he teaches and disciples students each week.
His ministry is centered on helping the next generation do more than simply know about God. Cody wants students to know God's Word, understand what they believe and why they believe it, and develop a faith that continues long after they leave the youth room.
Now
Reaching the Next Generation
Judges 2:10 describes a generation that grew up knowing neither the Lord nor what He had done. Cody doesn't want that to describe the next generation.
That's why his heart extends beyond his own youth ministry. Through camps, retreats, conferences, churches, and student events, Cody seeks to help teenagers and young adults know God's Word, encounter the gospel, and become fully committed followers of Jesus.
His desire is simple: that the next generation would know the Lord, remember what He has done, and faithfully follow Him.
The ministry framework
Know the Word. Live the Word. Pass on the Word.
Every message Cody preaches is shaped by a simple discipleship conviction: truth should be understood, lived, and passed on.
KNOW
Know the Word.
Students cannot faithfully live what they do not understand. Biblical teaching should help them know what God has actually said and see the truth of Scripture clearly.
LIVE
Live the Word.
Biblical truth is not merely information. It calls us to trust Jesus, repent, surrender, obey, and follow Him in everyday life.
PASS
Pass on the Word.
Following Jesus sends us outward. Students should leave equipped not only to know Christ personally, but to make Him known to someone else.
Convictions
What he teaches from.
These biblical convictions shape every message Cody teaches.
See speaking topics- Scripture is God's Word — authoritative, sufficient, and worth understanding in context.
- The gospel of Jesus Christ is the only hope for a generation exhausted by performance.
- Discipleship is not a program; it is a person handing faith to another person on purpose.
- The local church is God's plan, and every event should send people back into it stronger.
